"How often do you have to post to your Blog to help it get to the top of the search engines and keep it there?".

Great question! The answer that we have always given to this one is quality of the post, not frequency, but read on to learn more from Matt Cutts.

Quality vs Quantity For Blog Posts and Search Engines

There are several parts to quality though that must all be done in order to achieve top SERP (search engine results page) standing.

Always keep these in mind when you are wanting the most SEO Juice for your article.

  • The title of your article
  • The content and relevancy of that article to your blog
  • How you used backlinks
  • How it is tagged
  • Where and how you bookmark it.

For our customers. the matrix we set up allows your posts to go to a pre-set amount of locations, this is what gives it great distribution for the most visibility for humans and backlinks. We post professional articles about their industry or product in a way that allows the article the best chances to get to the top of the search engines. Within that article we add correct backlinks and anchor text to give good backlinking juice to your website. It is not about the amount of posts, it is absolutely about the quality that will help your projects get to the top of major search engines.

Doing some research, we found a video from Matt Cutts of Google that backs up our opinion to the same question.
