Personally, I have never been a big fan of Craigslist, however I do understand that Craigslist is an invaluable tool for some, especially for Real Estate, but these last changes Craigslist made, I just don't understand why.
Over the past 8 years, Craigslist has made a few modifications to the HTML and CSS supported in ads. The recent changes by Craigslist are the most significant to deal with.
In Real Estate and For Sale Categories across the vast majority of the country (excluding New York City), the following post tags will no longer be supported:
- IMG
- FONT
- TABLE
- DIV
- SPAN
Consequently, because of these changes by Craigslist HTML templates for Craigslist cannot embed photos. What the heck Craigslist!?
